SomeDay: YYL-2006.07.03 to 07.05 Joshua

This is my first time to use English chronicling my diary on internet. I hope if someone who read this article would understand what I talk about. Also if there are any wrong expressing please tell me, thanks.

2006.07.03(Entrance exam for university) at 8:45 in acdamic sinica R410

Right now my sister is testing, blessing she will get good scores.

But I have more important this to do which is going to the Yuan-Yang Lake for exploring the lake metabolism. I met Yalan first; she was very busy; she put staff here and there; runned here and there. It seemed so many this we had to move to the car; she was very kind! And then I met Ashely, she was a cute girl; we talked about the orchid and sport. Then I met Charles(AS researcher), 建華, they both very nice guy. I used my broken English to try to tell so many this in car on the way to YYL. I hope we can go to many places in Taiwan this summer.

We got to the YYL work station at about 3:00pm. The other guys from 新竹 also got there about the same time. They tried to fixed the radio system to make the signal can be easy use on internet.

Tim is a passing professor; we deicined to go to the lake at 4:00.(sun set at 6:45); the plan was to see the situation of the machines. It seemed that had some trouble because the solar plan was not supplying the power to the battery. And the lake was so beautiful. After finshing the test of the lake we got back for dinner, I cooked the first time in this year!!

2006.07.04 Boating, sampling and meeting new friend

At about the sun rise we all got up to go to YYL boating to Bouy to give him a new sensor and fix the radio system. It was every interesting to boat on lake; I enjoyed the sliding feeling; I think it just like to be a fish or duck swimming in water. Then we stated to get the different depth water sample; we wanted to get the information about the lake by the oxygen, microorganism community, depth change, and temperature. On the otherhand Tim and 秀華 added the new sensor for bouy.

About noon, we got back to deal samples; it seemed good.
